POSITION OUTLINE:

Reporting to the Director of Infrastructure and Operations, you'll be at the forefront of ensuring excellence in service provision while working alongside a diverse team of professionals from various nationalities. ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Lead the management of IT service delivery, including End User Services and Helpdesk operations, to uphold our commitment to excellence.
• Collaborate with global teams on innovative Digital Workplace projects and ITSM initiatives, contributing to our continuous evolution.
• Oversee vendor relationships and performance, ensuring seamless operations and service consistency.
• Drive strategic initiatives such as budgeting, forecasting, and contract negotiations to optimize IT operations and resources.
• Cultivate a culture of innovation and collaboration within the team, fostering creativity and excellence.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bring your passion for technology and luxury to the table, with 10+ years of relevant experience and a strong background in IT service management.
• Thrive in a multicultural environment, with proficiency in both Japanese and English, and the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
• Demonstrate leadership and project management skills, with a track record of driving successful IT projects and initiatives.
