Tasks:

• Ensure an efficient and structured project management during the product creation process in cooperation with internal process partners as well as suppliers.
• Evaluate the production processes and decide about the release for supply for the respective components.
• Analyze the technical product concepts regarding efficiency to reach the quality targets, manufacturability and fit for assembly in the vehicle and contribute your share to the supplier selection process.
• Ensure a detailed view on the most capable suppliers regarding product portfolio, production, and quality processes.
• Partner with purchasing, development, and logistics as a competent counterpart for the quality related topics.
• Analyze root causes of failures and ensure the transfer of sustainable problem-solving measures at the supplier in the scope of the failure elimination process.
• Motivate and lead interdisciplinary teams, present complex topics in a descriptive way.
• Responsible for representing the interest of the brand on eye level with business managers in the supplier industry.
• Readiness to travel in Asia Pacific region.

こんな方を求めています

経験・スキル

• Bachelor in engineering or comparable field.
• Substantial professional experience (+5yrs) in the technical field.
• Substantial experience in dealing with suppliers or final customers.
• Knowledge about quality management or purchasing.
• Knowledge about tire production, natural rubber technology or plastics technology. (Tiers)
• Knowledge about light metal casting, mechanical processing, and surface treatment. (Wheels)
• Strong communication and argumentation skills.
• Full professional proficiency in English language.
