Position: Clinical Education Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Clinical Education Manager to join our dynamic team. The Clinical Education Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive educational programs to support healthcare professionals in the safe and effective use of our dermatological products and aesthetic treatments.

Responsibilities:
● Develop and execute educational strategies to enhance healthcare professional knowledge in the product portfolio.
● Develop and execute educational strategies to enhance healthcare professional knowledge in the product portfolio.
● Design and deliver engaging educational content for healthcare professionals through various channels.
● Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align educational initiatives with business objectives and market needs.
● Stay updated on scientific developments in dermatology and aesthetic medicine for program integration.
● Provide clinical support to healthcare professionals, including answering inquiries and assisting with patient consultations.
● Establish and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders and professional organizations.
● Monitor and evaluate program effectiveness, seeking continuous improvement.
● Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.

経験・スキル

Qualifications:

● Bachelor's degree in nursing, healthcare education, life sciences, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
● 5+ years of experience in clinical education or medical affairs in pharmaceutical, medical device, or healthcare industries, preferably in dermatology and aesthetic medicine.
● Strong knowledge of dermatology, Galderma's products, and competitive landscape.
● Excellent communication and presentation skills for diverse healthcare professional audiences.
● Ability to develop and deliver educational content using various methodologies and technologies.
● Skilled in project management, handling multiple initiatives concurrently, and meeting deadlines.
● Collaborative, able to build trust and relationships with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
● Detail-oriented with a commitment to excellence, accuracy, and compliance.
