As the HR Generalist for the Tokyo office, reporting directly to the Head of HR in Japan, you will have a crucial role in various key areas:
• Improving Employee Experience: Your task will be to optimize each stage of the employee journey to ensure a positive experience, encompassing recruitment, onboarding, training, development, and offboarding processes.
• Supporting People-focused Initiatives: You will offer valuable support to the wider business on diverse people-focused initiatives, including performance management, employee relations, diversity and inclusion efforts, and endeavors to enhance employee engagement.
• Advocating for the Company: Within the organization, you will passionately champion the corporate mission, vision, and values. Externally, you may represent the organization at industry events and networking functions, or engage with potential candidates.
• Exemplifying Corporate Values: You will embody and promote the company's core values in all interactions and activities, serving as a positive influence on employees and ensuring consistency in upholding these values.
• Managing Confidential Matters: Given the sensitive nature of HR, you will handle confidential issues with the utmost discretion and professionalism, including employee relations matters, disciplinary actions, and other sensitive HR concerns.

• Offer operational HR support to employees, assisting them with navigating all HR-related matters throughout the employment journey.
• Stay informed about local employment laws and ensure compliance with regulations.
• Facilitate adherence to quality standards, occupational safety, and environmental regulations, including participation in Health & Safety Committee meetings, collaboration with corporate medical personnel, and conducting Stress Checks.
• Handle attendance tracking, payroll processing, and social insurance affairs, addressing any inquiries from employees.
• Collaborate closely with our payroll provider and legal experts in labor and social security to ensure proper administration of benefits like Healthcare and Pension.
• Aid in crafting labor agreements, local policies, and company regulations.
• Keep internal HR documents updated, manage employee personnel files, and ensure the accuracy and completeness of all relevant documentation.

こんな方を求めています
経験・スキル
• Over 4 years of HR experience
• Adequate proficiency in general office administration
• Familiarity with local labor laws, HR protocols, including payroll procedures
• Fluent in English (at least C1 level) and Japanese (at least N1 level)
• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills, particularly in Japanese • Capable of collaborating with employees and management at all levels and across teams
• Demonstrated ability to work autonomously with sound judgment and discretion
• Effective prioritization and deadline management with keen attention to detail and accuracy
• Proactive in seeking process enhancements for efficiency and effectiveness
• Adaptability and flexibility in response to evolving organizational priorities and a fast-paced environment
