● Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop an accurate plan by keeping appropriate inventory within inventory target and considering production frequency, product tightness and other conditions to be reflected into the latest plan.
● Monitor slow mover and expiring inventory (short shelf life products) and alert to relative functions to accelerate sales to avoid write-off.
● Manage and ensure delivery made timely and delivery quality by working directly with affiliates or 3rd party suppliers and vendors.
● Cooperate with relative teams and lead when unexpected supply issues occur to solve to minimize business impact. Also negotiate with suppliers to solve the issues and for preventive actions.
● Monitor delivery schedule to import on time (air freight) to avoid inventory shortage.

経験・スキル
● 5 years Planning experience especially in the Food, chemical, pharmaceutical industry is highly preferred.
● 2 years Import operation experience.
● Flexible for working time during weekends to handle in case of flight delay or issues at custom clearance.
● Experience of leading or supervising the team is highly preferred.
● Ability to effectively communicate with the colleagues and stakeholders and represent supply chain from standpoints of Import e.g. S&OP meeting
