Sales operation
・Order input and data confirmation
・Sales processing (Whole sales/Retail) in system
・Take order from wholesales client directly
・Arranging products, equipment, accessories, etc.
・Confirmation of import arrival status
・Invoice-related correspondence
・Responding to inquiries from wholesale partners, end customers, etc.
・Support Marketing team related product matter(Event, media, rental)

Product management
・Product database management and maintenance (collection, spec, category, price)
・Product price & POS account management via system(Sales Force), and price change management(watch, spare parts)
・Product assortment planning for various types of events and pop-up
・Assortment planning for new opening boutiques and wholesale partners
・Trade media product selection
・Discontinued stock allocation planning to achieve sales target from product point of view

Analysis and Reporting
・Sales analysis (weekly, monthly, quarterly, yearly)
・Report product demand planning forecast to HQ regularly
・Event sales analysis
・Action planning to achieve sales target from product point of view
・New products sales reporting and qualitative feedback collection

こんな方を求めています

経験・スキル

Experience:
・Marketing or Sales department, Global brand’s experience is a preferred.
・Business analysis experience is a nice-to-have

Skills/Abilities:
・Always seek for the newest means to engage with customers on digital and physical. Strong presentation and well communication skills to key stakeholder.
・Commercial awareness and interest : be aware of what is going on in the market
・With attitude of young, fresh, progressive and creative mindset with highly interest to Watch, Fashion, Art, Sports, Music and Watch and Jewelry.
・Advanced computer literacy is vital with strong skills on all digital analytic tools (all Microsoft software + Google analytics). Salesforces, Syrus, SAP.
・Taking care of self-appearance to present cool and dynamic Zenith brand.

Language:
・Business English is a must-have skillset. (TOEIC 800+)
・French would be appreciated.
・Japanese: Native level, daily communication within Marketing, Sales, CSL team.
