JOB TITLE
CRM Assistant Manager - Exciting Opportunity in Client Activation!

Are you passionate about creating personalized and engaging experiences for clients? Join our dynamic team as a CRM Assistant Manager and play a key role in shaping the journey of our valued clients in the Japanese market.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Client Database Management:
• Ensure the quality of client databases, collaborating with IT functions to optimize tools and enhance user experience.
• Act as a key contact for the international team, ensuring seamless communication and coordination.
Achieve and communicate KPIs for client data capture effectively.

Client Intelligence:
• Utilize client information and segmentation to gain insights into our clientele, anticipating trends for targeted CRM programs.
• Share and train teams on client insights, fostering a deep understanding across all departments.
• Conduct client research to address specific challenges and opportunities.

Run and Optimize Outbound Campaigns in Salesforce Marketing Cloud:
• Collaborate with HQ Marketing Cloud product owners and Salesforce teams to support technical aspects, platform support, and feature implementation.
• Define a test and learn approach in partnership with HQ Client Activation team and external agencies for optimizing client journeys.
• Provide analysis and learnings to enhance future client initiatives.

Support Teams with Relevant Client Data:
• Leverage platforms such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud CDC (ex-CDP) and LOOKER to create client segments and lists.
• Enable one-to-many client journeys at the office level and 1-to-1 activities at the store level by empowering Client Advisors.

REQUIRED SKILLS:
•Expertise in Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Service Cloud.
• Familiarity with business data platforms.
• Basic understanding of HTML coding and SQL query.
• Strong persuasion skills to drive projects forward.
• Continuous testing and improvement based on learnings.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Entrepreneurial spirit.
• Result-oriented and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Great sensitivity to clients' needs and aspirations.
• Team player.
