Top client relationships cultivation
- Act as brand ambassador by cultivating relationships with store level new and existing top clients, demonstrating excellence in selling, clienteling, styling

skills
- Work closely with Store Manager/CRE Manager and CAs to drive in store top client development and retention
- Partner with Store Managers and CAs to profile key store top tier clients, potential new clients, and their networks with a strategic engagement plan

behind
CRE Event and initiatives execution
- In store client event/ experience/gifting/appointment coordination and execution
- Support CRE Manager in identifying and exploring methods of generating new business through networking
- Support CRE Manager in managing CRE activities and initiatives e.g. international event nominations
Private Room maintenance
- Hardware maintenance, vendor coordination on supplies and replenishment
- Appointment logging and tracking
- Top client experience /dining hosting coordination
