• Oversee Compensation and Benefits (C&B) programs in accordance with established policies and guidelines.
• Ensure adherence to compensation and benefits standards, aligning with company policies and relevant regulations.
• Coordinate annual compensation projects, including bonus calculations, salary reviews, annual performance appraisals, and budgeting.
• Collaborate with business leaders and partners to design, develop, and review compensation plans and C&B initiatives aligned with business objectives.
• Conduct training sessions for line managers on the nuanced application of HR and Compensation policies.
• Prepare and monitor the compensation and benefits budget, ensuring regular reporting and necessary adjustments.
• Provide project management support for intricate benefit projects, translating business needs into project plans, conducting impact assessments, and defining milestones, timelines, deliverables, and quality standards.
• Analyze C&B market surveys, benchmark best practices, optimize HR-related systems, and propose initiatives to strengthen the company's market position in talent attraction, reward, and retention.
• Complete mandatory reporting as required by rules and regulations.
• Lead the Health and Safety Committee initiatives.

経験・スキル
• A minimum of 5 years of professional experience in human resources.
• At least 3 years of expertise in Compensation and Benefits (C&B) or a closely related functional specialty.
• Strong operational background, inclusive of overseeing Total Rewards programs.
• Knowledge of local labor laws.
• Proficiency in influencing various stakeholders across business units and functions to achieve alignment on solutions.
• Proven excellence in customer relations, adept at building influential relationships at all organizational levels, with a proactive service-oriented and problem-solving approach.
• Effective oral and written communication skills in Japanese (Native Level) and English (Business Level).
• Experience in people management, including leading and supervising teams, overseeing employee development, and fostering a collaborative work environment.
