• Contribute to business growth through optimal personnel allocation, transfers, and people development aligned with Japan Leadership and HR global/ regional strategy.
• Manage and oversee all HR-related matters for the Japan organization
• Be a Business Partner to the Country President and a member of the Japan Management Team
• Oversee HR Operations (employee life cycle, total rewards, TA/TD, expat management etc.)
• Talent Acquisition: Understand Labor Law & local market information to manage TA cases.
• HR Policy & Employee Relations: Developing and implementing human resources policies. HR process optimization/ documentation and information management to ensure compliance and competitiveness. Handling ER cases in a lawful and professional manner
• Organization Development: support talent conference and work on succession planning for the Japan organization
• HR Projects: Support all HR projects for the Japan business (M&A, divestment etc.)

- • Bachelor’s Degree
• Business Level English
• Basic knowledge of Japanese Labor
• At least 10 years’ experience in HR
• Strong communication skills
• Proven track record with senior stakeholder management
