◆You will be responsible for defining requirements, designing, building, testing, developing, maintaining, and operating services/systems using mobile technology at a mobile experience consulting company .
・In the area of ​​business-related services, we work with consultants who deeply understand the customer's business and issues to design new employee experiences and plan services that provide that experience.
・In the consumer service area, we will create customer experiences that provide new value and plan services that provide that experience.
In order to accomplish the above, you will facilitate workshops with customers and promote the realization of ideas together with project members such as designers and engineers.

◆Mobile Experience Engineer
You will be involved in cutting-edge mobile field development, service development, and technical advice at a company. This is a position where you will work closely with UI/UX designers while proposing application specifications that utilize the latest technology from an engineer's perspective.
・For the consumer service area, you will work with customer experience design members to create new customer experiences, and design and develop mobile apps/web services that provide those experiences.
・For business services, we will design new business processes together with consultants who deeply understand the customer's business and issues, and design and develop mobile apps/webs that provide that experience. . (Assignment will be considered depending on your skills and orientation)

経験・スキル

◆Application requirements (Mobile Experience Consultant)
3 years or more of system development experience
・Those with work experience in the consulting industry <any industry/domain>
・Those with sales or system construction experience in the IT industry <SI , products, etc. regardless of area>
・Those who have experience in service/business planning using mobile technology
・In service design, without compromising the customer perspective, we are able to maintain consistency in application operations, system feasibility, and problem-solving logic. (Traditional consultant qualifications + DT mindset)
- People who have ideas for evolving the hybrid agile approach
- People who have ownership of the service they are building and want to realize it (Understanding requirements/specifications, system structure, engineering understanding)

◆ Application requirements (Mobile Experience Engineer)
3 or more years of system development experience
- Experience in mobile development including iOS and Android. -
Native format: Swift, Kotlin, Objective-c, Android-Java - Hybrid
format: React, Angular, Vue.js, etc. -
Web format: HTML5, Javascript
, system architecture understanding
/technical research・People who have a strong interest in research and are able to keep up with the latest technology
・People who have high technical skills who can perform engineering themselves and can solve technical issues and ensure quality
