● Coordinate communications/approvals between shipping and receiving locations to ensure timely clearance of imports per incoterms.
● Working closely with coordinate import declarations and customs approvals with the Global Trade Compliance Team.
● Manage Inbound Shipments: Responsible to manage all inbound shipment which includes but not
limited to coordinating with Third-Party Manufacturers and/or Supply Chain Planning Team.
● Maintain Quality Compliance: Ensure compliance with Global operating and guidance. e.g. GDP, SOPs, GXP and work with QA to ensure 3PL is managing all quality compliance requirements.

経験・スキル

● 5 years of relevant working experience in logistics
● Experience managing the import process.
● Strong ERP systems and computer software experience e.g. SAP, Oracle, Excel, and PowerPoint. (preferable)
● Problem solving and analytical skills with a demonstrated ability to handle Multi-tasking Supply Chain events.
