-Identifies opportunities throughout the HR organization for efficient and effective use of policies and processes across the global structure delivering more optimal way of operating.

-Executes on change management tools as a part of the ongoing development of HR programs and transformation of the organization resulting in de-risked implementations and on-going sustainable behavior changes.

-Analyzes current processes and recommend and streamline processes as appropriate.

-Responsible for assembling and leading cross-functional HR integration teams, assigning individual responsibilities.
