日本と世界のサステナビリティをリードしていきたい。この役割に期待することは、主に2つの分野で日本のサステナビリティを牽引することです。1. アンビション・ゼロカーボン、2.従業員エンゲージメント

1. アンビション・ゼロ・カーボン（AZC）と協働：2つの分野に焦点を当て、日本およびグローバルで持続可能性のリーダーシップを推進する：2025年までにオペレーションでカーボンゼロ（AZC）を達成し、2030年までにバリューチェーン全体でカーボン・ネガティブを達成する。
・広報、内勤、人事、OPS、政府関連、総務などのディレクター／マネージャーを含む、部門横断的なチームと協働する。
・GHG 排出量データの統合を主導し、AZC のロードマップを作成する。
・日本社会の外部ステークホルダーと協働し、ネットゼロを加速するための計画や活動を展開する。
・ステークホルダーマッピングを明確化し、エンゲージメントを高めるための戦略を策定する。

2. コミュニケーションとボランティアプログラム：日本経営陣とJLTメンバー向けのAZCストーリーを開発し、推進する。
・持続可能性を促進するために、経営者や従業員向けのストーリーを作成し、実施する。
・サステナビリティボランティアプログラムを体系的かつ戦略的に強化・運営する。
・社員の社会貢献文化を醸成するための部門横断的なプログラムを主導する。
・日本のSET全体でプログラムを実施し、その進化をグローバルに発信する。
・Musubie(NPO)とともにヤングヘルス・プログラムをリードし、日本の若者にポジティブな影響を与えるとともに、グローバルでの実施に貢献する。

戦略的インペラティブ」のプロジェクトマネージャーとして、部門横断的に効果的な進捗を図る。
サステナビリティ・ディレクターとともに、チームメンバーのパフォーマンスを最大化し、意欲的な目標を達成するためのコーチングを行う。

Job Description
This role demands creativity and courage to tackle complex societal issues. Our company aims for carbon neutrality by 2025 and carbon negativity by 2030, navigating the challenge of balancing economic growth with environmental goals. Effective collaboration, partner selection, quick learning, and adaptability are key. Sustainability is integral to our culture, from research to patient care, guided by three pillars: Access to healthcare, Environmental Protection, and Ethics and Transparency. In Japan, we established a unique Sustainability function in March 2020. Our goal is to make sustainability a daily practice for all by 2025, addressing urgent global challenges like the 1.5°C climate target. Our leadership inspires employees, future talent, and stakeholders to take action for a better world.

Responsibilities

1. Ambition Zero Carbon (AZC) and Collaboration: drive sustainability leadership in Japan and globally with a focus on two areas: Achieve Carbon Zero (AZC) by 2025 in operations and Carbon negativity throughout the value chain by 2030.
・Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Directors/Managers from PR, Int Com, HR, OPS, Government affairs, General Affairs, etc.
・Lead GHG emission data consolidation and create a roadmap for AZC.
・Deploy plans and activities to accelerate Net Zero, collaborating with external stakeholders in Japanese society.
・Clarify stakeholder mapping and develop strategies for increased engagement.

2. Communication and Volunteer Program: develop and promote AZC stories for Japan Management and JLT members.
・Create and implement stories for managers and employees to promote sustainability.
・Enhance and run the sustainability volunteer program systematically and strategically.
・Lead a cross-functional program to foster a culture of contribution to society among employees.
・Implement the program across SET in Japan and communicate its evolution globally.
・Lead the Young Health Program with Musubie (NPO), ensuring a positive impact on young people in Japan and contributing to its global implementation.

Common to Both 1 and 2:
・Serve as a project manager for the "Strategic Imperative" to ensure effective cross-functional progress.
・Coach team members to maximize performance and achieve ambitious targets, working alongside the Sustainability Director.

その後、続けて通常の面接を行いますので、一次面接全体で60分を予定しています

そのために、克服しなければならないチャレンジ（課題）をどう設定し、それを解決するためのアイデアについて考えてきてください。

Interview Process:
During the first interview, please share your thoughts on the following topics for 10 minutes. Please tell us about the issues you think about and 3 to 5 ideas/approaches to solve them. You do not need to prepare any particular materials (you may provide them, but only one bulleted list). We're not looking for perfection. Plus, we'll have a 10-minute question and answer session about it.
After that, there will be a regular interview, so the entire first interview is scheduled to last 60 minutes.

Ambition Zero Carbon (AZC) includes the goal of making the entire value chain carbon negative by 2030.
To that end, please think about what challenges you need to overcome and come up with ideas for solving them.
