職務内容

ミッション：
優れた製品を一人でも多くの患者さんに届け、患者さんのためにサイエンスに再投資し続けられる製薬企業として競合優位性を維持し続けることに貢献する

業務の範囲：
・イベント（TV講演会等）の立案・交渉・実行・レビューの実施
・プロモーション資材の立案・作成・実行・レビューの実施
・市場調査の結果などを正しく読み取り、結果から抽出した仮説に基づいた資材作成
・多様な方法を通じて、営業部門に対して、営業アクション内容を伝達する
・KEE(Key External Experts)のマネジメントの遂行
・マーケティング・営業活動を計測するためのシステム関連の提案、他部門と協業し社内システムの構築
・メディカル本部・Commercial Excellence本部(営業やマーケティングの支援部門)・Pharmacovigilance部など他部門との活動の共有、及び、調整
・市場環境、顧客、製品およびポートフォリオを深く理解し、Brand Managerの製品戦略立案のサポート

Job Description

Mission:
To contribute to the delivery of superior products to as many patients as possible and to help the company maintain its competitive advantage as a pharmaceutical company that can continue to reinvest in science for the benefit of patients.

Scope of work:
・Planning, negotiating, executing and reviewing events (TV lectures, etc.)
・Planning, creation, execution, and review of promotional materials
・Read market research results and other information correctly and create materials based on hypotheses extracted from the results.
・Communicate sales actions to the sales department through various methods.
・Execution of KEE (Key External Experts) management
・Propose system-related proposals for measuring marketing and sales activities, and build internal systems in collaboration with other divisions.
・Sharing and coordinating activities with other departments such as the Medical Division,　Commercial Excellence Division (sales and marketing support department), Pharmacovigilance Department, etc.
・Support the Brand Manager in developing product strategies based on a deep understanding of the market environment, customers, products and portfolios.

Location: Osaka or Tokyo

必須:
・医療・医薬品業界でのマーケティング経験3年以上

・医師との面会を通じて課題を同定できる質問力と分析力
・市場調査の結果・客観的事実などから正しく読み取り、課題を抽出し、仮説を構築する力
・客観的に事実ベースで現象をとらえ、現状を正確に理解・分析する能力（分析や調査業務の経験はプラスです）
・課題解決にむけてアクションが実行できる行動力
・自らの得意分野に安住せずチャレンジし続ける姿勢・目的達成のために新たな取組やアプローチを試みる姿勢
・チームとして成果をだすための関係部門との協業の姿勢
・エクセル／パワーポイントによる資料作成能力・そのほか社内で使用されているITを活用できる
・ロジカルシンキング
・コミュニケーション能力

語学

必須:
日本語 Japanese：日本語でのコミュニケーション能力が十分であること
英語 English：現状は不問とするが、入社後はTOEIC800点を2年で取得

Requirements (experience, qualifications, etc.)

Experience

Required:
・At least 3 years of experience in marketing in the medical and pharmaceutical industry

Preferred:
・Experience in Oncology field
・Experience as a medical representative (MR)

Skills

Required:
・Ability to ask questions and analyze to identify issues through meeting with physicians.
・Ability to correctly read market research results and objective facts, extract issues, and construct hypotheses.
・Ability to objectively and factually grasp phenomena, and accurately understand and analyze the current situation (experience in analysis and research work is a plus)
・Ability to take action to solve problems.
・An attitude of not settling for one's strengths and continuing to take on challenges and trying new initiatives and approaches to achieve objectives
・The ability to work crossfunctionally with related departments in order to achieve results as a team.
・Ability to create documents using Excel and PowerPoint, and to utilize other IT tools used in the company.
・Logical thinking
・Communication skills

Languages

Required:
・Japanese Japanese: Sufficient ability to communicate in Japanese.
・English: Currently not a requirement, but after joining the company, the candidate should be able to obtain a TOEIC score of 800 within two years.
