You will be responsible for:
• Develop deep understanding of the overall therapeutic area strategy and the role of thought leader engagement/advocacy as a key strategic element
• Plan and orchestrate thought leader engagements in close collaborations with Marketing and Sales
• Cultivate partnerships with and advocacy from thought leaders on scientific strategy to advance the disease area
• Develop commercial peer-to-peer (PTP) curriculum and contents in alignment with therapeutic area strategy
• Manage the commercial speaker bureau and speaker training programs
• Collaborate with speakers and internal stakeholders on planning and execution of PTP programs
• Represent the voice of thought leaders to help shape the business unit strategy and enable insights-driven decisions
• Responsibly represent company in engagements with external stakeholders, adhering to compliance and code of conduct at all times
• Embody company's value through daily behaviors and interactions

こんな方を求めています

経験・スキル

You will need to have:
• Bachelor’s degree in science or other relevant areas
• ≥10 years in one or more of the following areas of biopharmaceutical industry: field sales, field medical, brand marketing, PTP marketing, or other related roles
• Track record of effectively engaging and partnering with thought leaders, ideally in rare disease(s)
• Demonstrated expertise designing and/or executing PTP programs
• Comfort with clinical contents and deep scientific dialogue
• Knowledge of the end-to-end rare disease business model
• Strong engagement, communication, and relational skills
• Ability to network and collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders
• Passion for making a positive contribution to the rare disease community
