An exciting HR manager position for a start-up retail American company, headquartered in USA. Is looking for a young HR manager for their japan operations. This role will overlook all the HR operations as well as on the strategy side. If you are looking to make a difference or step-up to become a manager, achieve certain skillsets that will help further your HR career, this job would make quite an interesting career choice for you.

- 経験・スキル
- - Experience in Payroll, talent acquisition and dealing with agencies as well as with other vendors and other operations in the HR space
- Fluent Japanese (Close to N1 level) and Advanced English as you will be working close with APAC and a close-knot japan team
- Working with APAC to HR initiatives to further the growth of the HR department
- Experience with Apparel or luxury, to understand the market better
- Excellent interpersonal communication
- Being hands-on and flexible as this is a start-up company
