Support and drive execution of change, focusing on training and communication. (making it easier for the ground level to understand collaborating with TMO/ CMS/ Capability Development)

 Ensure execution preparation is adequate
 Input to the quality of content where relevant (within the candidate experience)
 Partner with CMS to prepare change workshop set up and flow
 Able to translate English content to Japanese when needed
 Partner, organize and develop monthly New Operating Model Newsletter for the New Operating Model
