o As a consultant, support projects with business leaders and their teams to ad-dress organisation challenges and opportunities to create the organizational ca-pability needed to drive business performance. This includes seeking to make the complex more simple for the business.
o Deliver research and data analysis to diagnose root causes, and help determine OD intervention plan against need (vs demand).
o Support design and delivery of high quality organization design, development and change management advice and interventions in line with business needs diag-nosis.
o Ensures high business impact through quality delivery, applied consulting skills and stakeholder management, facilitating change in a heavily matrixed and dis-persed environment. Often works with senior executives.
o Drives the development of project materials incl. working session content and de-signing and delivering appropriate interventions, incl facilitation
