【業務内容】 Responsibilities: (day to day work)
- Responsible to manage an account of 100+ FTE size (at offshore).
- Responsible for onsite delivery quality.
- Local/Global hiring for developing onsite team based on customer requirement.
- Manage onsite delivery team (performance appraisal, goal setting etc.)
- Participate in high level customer meetings (such as Quarterly Review Meeting, management level meeting etc.
- Meet customer champion on a weekly basis.
- Direct and Lead the onsite and offshore team and give technical and strategical directions for the running projects, and building up the accounts.
- Customer engagement & ensure Customer satisfaction.
- Proposal preparation support for the presales team and technical presentations to customer.
- Coordination with the offshore stake holders of corresponding projects for the successful execution of the projects.
- Work jointly with the Engagement Manager and offshore delivery manager to ensure the account growth.

経験・スキル

【応募条件】 Requirements:(Must have)
- Minimum 15 YOE in Embedded or Automotive system development
- Minimum 5 YOE in Project or Program Management
- Minimum 3 YOE working with Japanese customers in Japan

【歓迎要件】(Good to have)
- Experience in Automotive domain
- Good knowledge of ADAS development
- Good knowledge of Automotive standards like Functional Safety
