Head of Packaging
Multinational pharmaceutical and biotechnology company

Tasks:
Lead team members and assure producing high quality products based on GMP and HSE requirements.
To adopt the most effective process (mfg. method), acquiring the most reliable high technology and information, and implement validations for packaging process based on GMP.
To assure the stable supply and product volume by controlling operation schedule and personnel line allocation based on the issued Production Schedule, and establishing the efficient production structure.
To try to rationalize the production method, improve yield and promote OE activity and digital transformation in order to improve GMP/HSE and reduce manufacturing cost.

Requirements:

5 years experience with pharmaceutical manufacturing
Pharmaceutical manufacturing and GMP knowledge
People management knowledge and skills
