・Recruitment work (mainly for new graduate recruitment, population formation, selection operation, student communication, acceptance procedures, overseas office cooperation, budget management, etc.)

・Training development work (internal system design, overseas office cooperation, employee communication, budget management, etc.)

・ Arrangement of part-time jobs and temporary staff

However, we would like to adjust the role according to the candidate's experience.


[Required experience and skills] It would be appreciated if you had experience in both Recruitment and Development, but you can apply even if you have experience in either.

Person who has experience in recruiting new graduates (preferably large-scale recruitment of new graduates in a medium-sized or larger organization)
Experienced in training and development work
Those who have worked at one company for more than 3 years
Communication skills, ability to make proposals, ability to act, meticulousness, sense of responsibility, and ability to boldly respond to change
Basic PC skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams , etc.)
Business English (reading, writing, speaking). TOEIC score of 800 or higher (Even if the score is not reached at this time, it will be considered for selection).
Internal documents and communications include English.
