Facilities manager position at global
luxury company in Okinawa.

Purpose & Objective of Role:
The Facilities Manager is a key member of the Operations team, responsible for taking care of the many and
varied components that are essential behind the scenes to keep the Facilities and maintenance functions to
the highest level on providing exceptional and cost effective service in this areas.

Job Responsibilities:
- Environmental monitoring and control, including the air-conditioning supplies and units
- Coordinate purchasing and leasing of office furniture and equipment.
- Liaison with construction for new facilities and renovation of existing facilities.

REQUIREMENTS:
- Excellent oral communication skills; good written communication skills. Speaking &Writing English and
Japanese is essential.
- Good interpersonal and team working skills; able to deal positively and productively with complaints,
conflicts and requests for service.
