Job responsibility
- Manage retail sales and operations teams (2 Area managers, VMD team, Boutique Managers) to deliver effective customer service for all OUR BRAND in Japan.
- Provide day-to-day leadership and management to that mirrors the adopted vision, mission and core values of the company
- Sales planning, forecasting, develop and measure key performance indicators (KPIs), targets, operation indexes to drive performance.
- Drive and surpass sales targets, profitability, cash flow and business goals and objectives without compromising service excellence.
- Responsible for day-to-day smooth running of retail business including manpower and roster planning, people management, visual merchandising, service recovery, operational standards, employee grievances etc.
- Spearhead the development, communication, and implementation of effective growth strategies and processes for retail operations.
- Collaborate with organization work teams to develop and effectively execute strategies including O2O, operations excellence, service standards, systems and processes to enable rapid organization growth
- Employee performance management including identify and address the needs and performance gap of employees.
- Coach employees for service excellence and productivity, including realignment of performance expectations and accountability.
- Collaborate with inventory team to manage and maintain healthy inventory levels at retail stores
- Maintain a favorable working relationship with all employees to promote a cooperative and harmonious working environment in order to facilitate positive employee morale, productivity, and continuous improvement.

Job requirement
- Diploma / Bachelor Degree in Business or related disciplines
- Minimum 5 years of experience in managerial roles preferably in retail operations
- Goal getter and passionate in retail operations
- Able to withstand retail hours and work on weekends and public holidays
- Strong interest in fashion styling
- Fun, vibrant & outgoing personality with great personal style
- Keen sense of fashion and a passion for the fashion industry
