- Enable effective decision making by retrieving and aggregating data from multiple sources and compiling it into actionable reports/dashboards Translate data into actionable insights
- Identify processes to automate and scale ad-hoc analyses
- Design, develop and maintain scaled, automated, user-friendly systems, reports, dashboards, etc. that will support our business needs
- Participate in strategic and tactical planning discussions
- Strong verbal/written communication and data presentation skills, including an ability to effectively communicate with both business and technical teams
- Solve complex problems by building scrappy and effective models
- Work within time constraints to meet critical business needs

経験・スキル

- Bachelor’s Degree
- 6+ years experience in a business analyst/data analyst/statistical analyst role
- Advanced skills with Excel for analyzing data
- Proficiency in writing SQL scripts for analysis and reporting
- Intermediate level in Python
- Business Level of English
