Role
Responsible for planning and directing Fab activities related to product manufacturing and full automation environments in a semiconductor Fab.
Control the production schedule, delivery date and output, and increase production capacity to reduce costs.
Regularly supervise the work of personnel, provide opinions and conduct performance assessments

Key Areas of Responsibility
Work with the process integration team and module engineering to produce high quality wafers through full automation systems.
Effectively plan Fab capacity to maximize the Fab capabilities to meet customer requirements and act as a driving force of the Fab to meet production goals.
Clarify responsibilities so that subordinates understand his job content and goals

Title/Function Manager or Sr. Manager of Manufacturing
Reporting to: Fab Director(Non-Japanese)
Department : >100people
Direct reports: 2-6 people

経験・スキル

・Process experience in PVD/DIF/CVD/CMP/LIT/ETCH (either one) field.
・Willing to work in clean room.
・英語に抵抗感がない方（読み書き可能）

大学卒業以上
