[MAIN PURPOSE]
As an assistant Network Analyst, you will be a member of the Japan Infrastructure team. You will support standard BTQs opening/closing, will be in charge of administering, document maintenance, physical tasks such as cabling racking and etc. to Office Warehouse BTQ. You will work closely with the Infrastructure Manager and other members of the team, Regional IT Analysts and interact with the global IT community in a complex international environment.


[KEY RESPONSIBILITIES]
▪ Solution Expertise
Prepare and support standard BTQ
Create and maintain comprehensive network documentation, including diagrams, standards and procedures
Work with customers and vendors
Work with other network engineers of the team to support existing customer connections

▪ Support Expertise
Knowledge of Excel, Word, Power point, VISIO.
Physical installation, connection, removal and decommission of NW equipment.
Be in support of BTQ opening/closing/relocation.

▪ Interaction:
Interacts with all end-users and the global IT community as they deal with all incidents and maintenance. You will interact with other IT persons in his area of expertise for support.
