Target customers are EPC’s and Plant Engineering Manufacturers such as JGC, Chiyoda, MHI
and Hitachi (to be called EPC customer).
Understand/grasp what our EPC customer is looking for in each enquiry/bid opportunity and prepare proposal/quotation for the customer coordinating with relevant departments in the headquarters/factories in order to convert the opportunity to a purchase order.
Provide the customer with “technical and commercial clarification” which is one of the critical sales support action to help the account manager to win the business.
Have similar work experience domestically or overseas
Have the ability to understand correctly what the EPC customer really wants from what
he/she tells you when he/she contacts you. You will also convey to the stakeholders
(relevant department/account managers) to ensure that the optimum
actions/countermeasures are taken swiftly.
Build/maintain good relationship with relevant outside people/department (consultant and sales partners)
Understand deeply customer’s business as well as needs and competitive environment
Share/update business status by making the best use of internal reporting system
In case of servicing the customers, you will need to prepare quotation for the customer
coordinating with headquarters using the model name and the description on the
serial nectumber plate. You will also be exped to generate technical specifications and
the drawings.

- 経験・スキル
- Experience/Qualification:
Knowledge of and experience in the instrumentation industry (flow-meter/level meter) is mandatory
Versed in B-to-B business and sales process. Marketing and sales knowledge will be a plus
3-6 years support experience in EPC business
Strong communication and writing skills to build good relationship with customers and partners inside and outside of the company
Strong time management skills and results orientation
Strategic thinking and the ability to work as a member of the team
“Whatever it takes” attitude and desire to make an impact, self-starter.
Language ability to understand the training to be conducted in English
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent - 学歴
