●Ensuring the business operates within the company's mission statement.●Liaison with other departments to provide updates on current mutual topics/issues, participate inproblem solving and development of mutual solutions and improvements●Establish KPIs and performance metrics that lead to effective business visibility & decision making●Involved directly in QMS activities for both domestic as well as the overall APAC region●Provide support to audit processes and quality management system as required●Supervise the team by working with executive team members in JAPAN/APAC, decision makers, andstakeholders to define business requirements and systems goals, and to identify and resolve businesssystem issues and areas for development & improvement.

•Manage, develop and coach the JAPAN Logistics team•Manage the complete end to end physical distribution process from inbound supply, including customs clearance, through the 3PL Distribution Centre and transport delivery to the end customer in Japan.•Manage the 3PL Distribution Centre•Manage the physical customization logistics order workflow with the 3PL Distribution Centre, Transport and Customization providers to ensure supply to fill customer orders•Manage the physical flow of marketing materials with the related provider and ensure right level of inventory for this category

●Organizes and handles a variety of logistics issues in a regulated international environment and overlooks supply chains in the regions.●Serves as liaison between sales, technical support, and operations teams to develop concepts and coordinate process knowledge.●Duties involve, but are not limited to overlooking supply chain services, inventory control, critical parts availability, material handling, import-export control, shipment of goods, and third-party warehousing or services. ●Inform the regional Align teams about shipment plans and liaise with the clinical trainer/tech support team regarding scanner training and installations.●Researching new ways and alternative methods to improve operational efficiency.
