【業務内容】Financeの観点で研究開発部門を支援いただくため、管理会計業務に従事いただきます。具体的には以下の3つが役割となります。①来年度予算の策定部門からの数値をとりまとめ、全社の方針・数値とアラインしたうえで、部門と調整を行う②予実管理毎月の実績と予算を照らし合わせ、部門への確認。適宜経営層へレポート③制度会計決算の一部支援。減損テスト、委託研究費の処理に関する決算対応を行う

Facilities manager position at globalluxury company in Okinawa. Purpose & Objective of Role:The Facilities Manager is a key member of the Operations team, responsible for taking care of the many andvaried components that are essential behind the scenes to keep the Facilities and maintenance functions tothe highest level on providing exceptional and cost effective service in this areas.Job Responsibilities:- Environmental monitoring and control, including the air-conditioning supplies and units- Coordinate purchasing and leasing of office furniture and equipment.- Liaison with construction for new facilities and renovation of existing facilities.REQUIREMENTS:- Excellent oral communication skills; good written communication skills. Speaking &Writing English andJapanese is essential.- Good interpersonal and team working skills; able to deal positively and productively with complaints,conflicts and requests for service.
