• Lead formulation of the M&A and Corporate Strategy Plan (known as 中長期計画) • Lead and manage the M&A process from target identification to post-merger integration.• Conduct financial modeling, due diligence, and valuation analysis for potential deals.• Collaborate with legal, finance, and external advisors on deal structuring and negotiations.• Identify strategic opportunities for growth through acquisitions, investments, or divestitures.• Develop and maintain relationships with potential target companies, investors, and industry experts.• Support leadership in strategic decision-making and business planning.

・At least 3+ years of experiences in either Inhouse M&A, or Private Equity, or Investment Banking, or Financial Advisory Service, or Strategic Consulting Firm.・Fluent level in Japanese and fluent in English
