Leveraging a global network, this position drives structural reforms and maximizes corporate value for clients through sophisticated data analysis, strategic planning, and cross-functional leadership in complex, high-stakes environments.■Main tasks include:・Formulate comprehensive M&A and PMI strategies to maximize value.・Execute multi-dimensional due diligence across business and IT.・Design integrated organizational and governance frameworks.・Orchestrate large-scale IT system and operational integration.・Support end-to-end business carve-outs and JV establishments.・Lead cross-border projects

•自社M&Aプロジェクトにおいて、担当事業部門と共に、PMI戦略の検討、計画策定・実行（プロジェクト管理）・全体の統括（経営、投資委員会へのレポーティング含む）を主体的にリードする（各案件における担当事業部門のPMI推進パートナーとなり、実務を牽引する）•主にM&Aのデューデリジェンス～買収完了準備～買収後（PMI）のフェーズに参画し、各種ステイクホルダ※と連携し、PMIプロセスを一貫して推進、直接プロジェクトのリーダーシップをとる※ステイクホルダーは経営、関係事業部門、M&Aエグゼキューション部門（CDTS V&A）、管理部門、買収先の経営層・社員
