• Lead formulation of the M&A and Corporate Strategy Plan (known as 中長期計画)
• Lead and manage the M&A process from target identification to post-merger integration.
• Conduct financial modeling, due diligence, and valuation analysis for potential deals.
• Collaborate with legal, finance, and external advisors on deal structuring and negotiations.
• Identify strategic opportunities for growth through acquisitions, investments, or divestitures.
• Develop and maintain relationships with potential target companies, investors, and industry experts.
• Support leadership in strategic decision-making and business planning.

経験・スキル

• At least one of the following ①～④ experiences:
　① In-house M&A, Corporate development experience
　② M&A Experience in Investment Banking sphere
　③ Investment Management Experience in PE Fund
　④ M&A Advisory Experience in consulting firm
• Strategic thinking and ability to assess market opportunities.
• Strong financial analysis, valuation, and modeling expertise.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills in Japanese.
• Project management and multi-tasking abilities.
• Bachelor’s degree (MBA preferred).
