IT Retail ManagerWe are looking for Internal IT Manager to deal with on day to day basis ongoing Hands-on support of computers, networks, servers, cloud environments, IP Phone, iPhone, iPad, hardware and software both remotely and on-site for the Office and Store users and have one reporting line. 【ミッション】コーポレート体制の構築は一定のスピードで整ってきていることから、ファイナンス領域にスペシャリティを持った方を求めています。5年で時価総額1兆円を中長期目標としており、この実現には、より高いレベルで経営・事業戦略の深い理解を前提とした財務戦略の策定と実行が求められます。このため、戦略に沿ったエクイティストーリー・資本政策の策定や事業計画の策定などを主体的に担っていただき、国内外問わず数百億円規模の資金調達やIPOに向けたミッションも担っていただきたいと考えています。【業務内容】・　財務戦略の策定と実行・　資金調達、資本政策・エクイティストーリー・事業計画の策定・　財務管理、経営数値の管理・　資本市場におけるプレゼンス向上及びステークホルダー対応(投資家、証券会社、銀行etc)

・ IPO 準備（米国SEC基準にあった体制計画/構築/改善）・ ステークホルダー（監査法⼈、証券会社、株主や投資先など）への対応・ 事業計画／事業戦略の策定とそれに基づくPDCA・ 事業計画の策定／事業戦略に基づくオペレーション・ チームマネジメント（採用、育成、モチベーション）

・　Finance全体の責任者・　今後の上場準備に向けてIPO戦略の策定と実行と上場準備に向けた体制作り・　チームのマネージメントをしつつハンズオンでの業務処理・　社内外のステークホルダーとのコミュニケーション

・上場準備（証券会社・監査法人対応、決算対応含む）・経理財務および管理部門の体制化およびマネジメント・短期・中長期の財務戦略および経営戦略の企画、立案・ステークホルダー（投資家、銀行、監査法人、証券会社など）への対応

•Lead the IPO preparation project, by ensuring company financial reports, internal control governance, and system are prepared in compliance with US GAAP•Serve as key partner to the CEO and External partners around IPO readiness•Planning, coordination, and execution of projects, including adoption of new accounting standards, IT and developmental systems•Prepare US GAAP compliant financial statements, footnote disclosures, and other financial reporting documentation, review of financial statements, and preparation and review of US GAAP checklists for monthly/quarterly/year-end close•Build accounting policies and procedures that scale for an emerging public company•Work closely with external auditors to drive timely accounting conclusions and disclosures.
