■Role Overview
As a Vice President, you will provide strategic leadership and oversight for the onboarding of open-ended and closed-end funds across onshore and offshore distribution platforms. You will serve as a senior leader responsible for defining operational frameworks, managing high-level institutional relationships with major distributors and fund administrators, and ensuring rigorous governance across cross-functional global business units.

■Main tasks include:
・Directing the firm-wide fund onboarding working groups as a Senior PMO Lead
・Leading strategic negotiations with executive-level stakeholders at distribution platforms and fund administrators
・Designing, optimizing, and overseeing end-to-end operational workflows for product launches
・Partnering with senior leadership across global business units (PE, Credit, Real Estate, etc.) to align strategies
・Managing and mitigating complex operational risks and leading high-priority troubleshooting initiatives
・Mentoring, developing, and driving the performance of the local investor services team

経験・スキル

■Required
・Fluent Japanese required, business-level English preferred
・7+ years of experience within the financial services industry
**Experience may come from a wide range of areas, including: fund operations, client service, distributor onboarding, fund administration, or any relevant product or investment operations team within the financial services industry

・Exposure to alternative investment products
