■Role Overview
You will be responsible for leading the strategic transformation of core business systems for a top-tier retail brand. This role modernizes legacy infrastructure across Sales, SCM, HR, and Finance while building a high-performance technology organization, focusing on creating a sustainable, modern ecosystem that serves as the primary engine for future growth.

■Main tasks include:
・Lead the execution of multi-year technology strategies across Sales, SCM, HR, and Finance to ensure business stabilization.
・Oversee the selection and implementation of optimal enterprise systems and vendor partnerships based on a modern blueprint.
・Formulate a comprehensive technology roadmap that manages annual system refreshments, budget allocation, and talent development.
・Partner with executive stakeholders in SCM, HR, and Finance to align IT architecture with total business process transformation.
・Design scalable modular services that anticipate future business shifts and bridge the gap between technology and business units.
・Maintain rigorous domestic and international regulatory and audit standards to protect the company's high-trust brand reputation.

経験・スキル

■Must-have
・Fluent Japanese speakers
・10+ years of leadership experience in retail or hospitality IT management
・Proven track record managing large-scale business applications and teams
・Experience leading the execution of complex, company-wide IT strategy projects
・Exceptional stakeholder management skills with ability to influence C-suite logic

■Nice-to-have
・Deep technical command of cloud-native environments and SaaS integration
・Experience mentoring and restructuring technology teams for modern demands
・Background in managing international regulatory and audit standards
・Strong analytical skills to resolve cross-functional back-end bottlenecks
