BizManagement部の部門責任者候補を募集します。取締役CFOの管掌下にて、経理/法務/経営企画/事業推進の機能を担って頂きます。制度会計（決算/資産管理/経費処理など）/管理会計（予算策定/部門別収益管理など）/重要会議体の管理（取締役会/経営課題/購買会議/見込管理会議など）/法務（契約書の作成/契約管理など）/親会社連携（連結決算連携、内部監査など）といった業務が主要業務となります。CFOや各CO陣と連携しつつ、BizManagement部長として更なる事業拡張に向けた仕組み化（計画策定、人員計画、運用改善、ツール導入など）をリードする役割を担って頂きます。【募集部門について】BizManagement部は、今後、非連続な成長を遂げる会社としての基盤を創るために、経営状況の可視化を支えていくことや就業環境（オフィスの整備にとどまらず、契約書の管理、名刺作成など）を整備し、社員が快適に働ける環境を作り維持すること、様々な契約関係にまつわる業務や請求管理など、ミッションが多岐にわたります。当社は立ち上がりから3年目という若い会社ですが、今後様々な変化を乗り越え、さらに事業を拡大していく上で、BizManagement部が担う役割は重要になっています。

1. Preparing Company standalone quarterly and annual JGAAP financial statements including footnotes2. Preparing Group consolidated IFRS financial statements including disclosures in compliance with 金商法3. Monitor and ensure timely identification and compliance with evolving accounting guidance under JGAAP and IFRS4. Preparing quarterly corporate income tax reconciliations5. Assist in the coordination of annual audit and quarterly review activities of external auditors6. Implement and maintain reporting procedures to comply with internal control requirements7. Perform continuous assessment of the close process and process re-engineering to reduce the timing to close the financial period8. Support month end and year end closing
