■Role Overview
This position is responsible for financial planning, performance analysis, and supporting strategic decision-making for the Japan business. The role works closely with local operational teams and Group Finance to optimize portfolio performance and support capital management.

■Key Responsibilities
・Lead annual budgeting, forecasting, and overall financial planning processes.
・Develop and maintain financial models for scenario and sensitivity analysis.
・Serve as a finance business partner to support data-driven decision-making.
・Monitor and analyze property and portfolio performance.
・Support cash flow forecasting, liquidity planning, and funding management.
・Drive process improvements to enhance the efficiency and quality of financial reporting.

■Requirements
・Extensive experience in FP&A or corporate finance.
・Strong financial modeling and data analysis skills.
・Business-level English and Japanese communication skills.
・Experience collaborating with regional or global stakeholders.
