Job Description各種顧客向けイベント企画、準備、及び実施管理のサポート業務。イベント全体についてはマーケティング部の責任者並びに、関係者（国内、海外）と密に連携しながら実施する。具体的な実務としては、下記のようなものが含まれるが、これ限りではない。·招待状／メールの準備、送付、参加申し込み者管理·イベント準備から当日までのスケジュール管理- 社員のスケジュールを確認しながら、例えば、業者との打合せ日のすり合わせ等を行う·イベントで必要な配布物等作成・補助並びに、各ベンダーとの連携- 社員と協力しての配布物内容の確認や印刷補助を実施する- 各種ベンダーとの連携例は、例えば、通訳会社、ノベルティ作成業者、収録・配信業者、会場業者とのやり取り　等Support in planning, preparing and managing the execution of events for various clients.
