3PL を通じた配送、在庫管理に関する作業(問い合わせ対応、在庫管理、出荷管理、プロジェクトの推進などを含むが、これに限らない)を行うとともに、関係部門やサプライヤと緊密なコミュニケーションを取ることによって、社内での物流業務の円滑化を図る。また配送マネジャーをサポートし、所定の年間予算管理のもと、物流効率、品質向上のためのプロジェクトを推進する。【担当業務】・日々の在庫管理(入荷、出荷、その他必要に応じた在庫操作)・配送管理(納期管理、品質管理)・棚卸管理(サイクルカウント、年次棚卸)・顧客、他部門からの問い合わせ対応(納期、その他)・業務改善活動への参加・物流プロジェクトへの参加

・ギフト用製品資材・店舗資材・原材料の調達購買業務全般・OEM 商品、資材購買におけるサプライヤー管理、価格交渉、納期管理、条件交渉・コスト削減のための主要なパフォーマンス指標の設定及び達成・適切なサプライヤー選定と管理・評価(新規&既存サプライヤーの監査・評価)・新規サプライヤー開拓・定期的なコストの監査、分析・購買実績の分析(ABC 分析)と現状改善提案(VA 提案)とその実行・社内関連部署(Marketing/R&D/QA/Planning/Logistics etc.)と連携し、期日までに製品を安定調達する
