グローバルレベルでの業務プロセス・ソリューションの標準化をすすめるTransofrmationプログラムへの参画を前提としてポジションになります。インテグレーションアーキテクトとして、特定の業務だけでなく、SAP基幹業務を幅広く理解し、End to Endでのプロセス・ソリューションの立案とデリバリを支援します。顧客の業務課題を高度なソリューション知識で解決することを必要としており、顧客も役員・部長クラスとの対話・ワークショップなどをリードすることも期待されています。参画するフェーズは、構想・企画フェーズ～実際のデリバリまでは幅広い範囲を想定しています。◆プロジェクト事例・製薬企業、消費財企業など日本を代表する企業のグローバル化支援の一環として、シングルプラットフォームの構築、そしてガバナンスの再設計などを実践するプロジェクト

•自社M&Aプロジェクトにおいて、担当事業部門と共に、PMI戦略の検討、計画策定・実行（プロジェクト管理）・全体の統括（経営、投資委員会へのレポーティング含む）を主体的にリードする（各案件における担当事業部門のPMI推進パートナーとなり、実務を牽引する）•主にM&Aのデューデリジェンス～買収完了準備～買収後（PMI）のフェーズに参画し、各種ステイクホルダ※と連携し、PMIプロセスを一貫して推進、直接プロジェクトのリーダーシップをとる※ステイクホルダーは経営、関係事業部門、M&Aエグゼキューション部門（CDTS V&A）、管理部門、買収先の経営層・社員

◆業務内容　プロジェクト管理会計部は、お客様との契約毎（プロジェクト毎）の収益管理/予実管理を中心に管理会計を担当する部署です。プロジェクトに最も近い位置でファイナンスの観点からビジネスをサポートします。 平均3～5人でチームを構成して大規模クライアントを中心に担当します。XXXXの成長と共に、お客様とのビジネス戦略立案をサポートするニーズも高まっており、先進的な管理会計を経験できるポジションです。

GRC (Governance, Risk and Compliance)アドバイザリー業務をご担当頂きます。詳しくは以下の通り・プロジェクトで定められたスコープ、成果物に基づいたタスクの確実な遂行・適切なタイミングで上位者とコミュニケーションを図りながら、リスク管理・内部統制・内部監査領域における専門性や経験等を活かした創意工夫に基づくアウトプット・自身の専門性・経験を踏まえた、クライアントの課題に合わせた各種提案・下位メンバーに対する指導・助言
