Will be in charge of SME productsPrimarily responsible for customer service activities associated with modifying, troubleshooting, diagnosing and repairing of highly complex capital equipment at customer sitesEvaluates, analyzes, diagnoses and troubleshoots technical equipment problems via telephone or at customer siteAssures operational quality of system equipment. Coordinates actions with customers to minimize down time.Prepares fields service reports on customer support activity and provides documentation to other supporting functions on re-occurring problemsAssists other field service engineers as appropriateContribute to the Capturing, Re-use, Collaboration, and Improvement of knowledge using available systems

Role,Lead new technology transfers, production line set up / maintenance, team establishment, quality / productivity improvement to ensure the whole production process smoothly.Elevate Engineering and Manufacturing excellence in PVD/DIF/CVD/CMP/LIT/ETCH (either one) field. Key Areas of ResponsibilityModule process / equipment fundamental improvement.Innovate and seize opportunities for wafer quality / productivity improvement.Work with Process integration / Manufacturing / Yield improvement / Cross module team to sustain high quality wafer production / delivery.Proactively identify talent and continuously develop team members with a deliberate roadmap.Sustain ownership of day-to-day operations, equipment troubleshooting and mentoring engineers, Resources planning, task prioritization, and related cross-function management work.
