【About the Role】
Join a leading global manufacturing company as an Corporate IT Specialist, supporting the delivery and management of corporate IT systems and infrastructure in Japan.

Reporting directly to the Country IT Manager, you will work closely with local business stakeholders and regional/global IT teams to ensure reliable, secure, and efficient IT services.

This position offers broad exposure to corporate IT operations, infrastructure, cybersecurity, and digital initiatives within an international business environment.

【Key Responsibilities】
• Support the Country IT Manager in establishing annual IT goals and prioritizing key initiatives based on local business requirements.
• Manage security controls and ensure compliance with relevant IT policies and standards.
• Monitor and report on IT service performance, ongoing projects, and operational activities.
• Establish and maintain standards for IT systems and services to ensure flexibility, reliability, and maintainability.
• Provide IT training and technical support to local users.
• Coordinate with regional and global IT teams on infrastructure, cybersecurity, and digital initiatives.

経験・スキル

【Essential Requirements】
- Experience with Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and Endpoint Management.
- Experience in network and server management.
- Knowledge of cybersecurity and IT security.
- Good communication skills with local and overseas IT team

■ Language
・Japanese: Business level (JLPT N2 or above)
・English: Business level (TOEIC 700+ or equivalent)

【Nice to Have】
・Experience in a multinational manufacturing or industrial company.
・Experience with ERP systems such as SAP or JD Edwards.
