【About the Role】

Working closely with international clients and cross-functional teams, you will bridge the gap between business needs and technology solutions, translating complex requirements into functional specifications and supporting end-to-end software implementation.

【Key Responsibilities】
• Lead business and requirements-gathering discussions with client stakeholders.
• Analyze international trade, customs, and supply chain business processes.
• Translate business needs into functional specifications and documentation.
• Collaborate with Product Management and Engineering teams to deliver effective solutions.
• Support solution configuration, testing, and implementation.
• Prepare test scenarios and scripts, and coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Deliver end-user training and implementation support.
• Manage stakeholder communications and ensure successful project delivery.

経験・スキル

【Essential Requirements】
■ 5+ years of professional experience in Supply Chain, Logistics, International Trade, Trade Compliance, or related business operations.

■ Experience in business analysis, requirements gathering, and stakeholder management.

■ Language
・Japanese: Native/Fluent (JLPT N1 level or equivalent)
・English: Business-level (TOEIC 750+ or equivalent)

【Nice to Have】
・Experience with global trade or supply chain management software.
・Experience in enterprise software implementation or IT consulting.
Background in customs service providers or professional services firms.
