■ The Opportunity
This high-visibility leadership opportunity serves as the principal strategic finance partner to two of the group's most distinguished luxury brands.

Acting as both a strategic advisor and a hands-on contributor, the successful candidate will steer multi-year financial planning, optimize cross-brand synergies, and re-engineer business processes to achieve operational excellence.

■ Key Responsibilities
・Lead the full financial planning rhythm, driving the preparation of annual budgets, multi-year strategic plans, and rolling forecasts in a player-coach capacity.
・Deliver actionable financial analysis and commercial insights, evaluating operational variances to advise commercial leaders on value-creation opportunities.
・Construct robust financial models, business case evaluations, and return-on-investment (ROI) analyses to support strategic investments and capital allocations.
・Partner cross-functionally with commercial leadership, transforming complex operational and financial data into strategic guidance.
・Maintain continuous alignment with regional senior leadership and global brand headquarters through regular strategic reviews and executive presentations.
・Identify operational bottlenecks and lead process-improvement initiatives to elevate operational efficiency and reporting governance across brands.
・Collaborate with the accounting function to guarantee high data accuracy, prompt closing cycles, and rigorous compliance with IFRS standards.
・Direct and contribute to high-priority cross-brand initiatives and corporate finance projects.
・Manage, mentor, and foster the continuous career development of dedicated brand FP&A team members.

経験・スキル

■ Required Experience and Skills
・Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business Administration, Finance, or a related discipline.
・Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in financial planning and analysis (FP&A) or commercial financial controlling.
・At least 3 years of demonstrated experience leading an FP&A team or function within a multinational corporation.
・Proven people management capability with a strong commitment to coaching and talent development.
・Comprehensive commercial literacy with a 360-degree perspective on end-to-end business operations.
・Firm adherence to corporate compliance, internal controls, statutory regulations, and ethical standards.
・Demonstrated adaptability and resilience, with the capacity to manage tight deadlines and navigate ambiguity in a fast-paced environment.
・Strong change-management mindset with a passion for process re-engineering and innovative problem-solving.
・Persuasive communication, negotiation, and executive presentation skills across matrixed reporting lines.
・Full professional fluency in English, both written and spoken.

■ Preferred Qualifications
・Professional accounting qualification (such as CPA) or an MBA.
・Substantive commercial finance experience within the luxury goods, prestige consumer, or premium retail sectors.
