■Role Overview
You will be serving as a Tech-Lead Cloud Engineer to architect, build, and scale the AWS cloud infrastructure across Company's entire product portfolio, driving reliability, security, and developer productivity in a hybrid work environment.

■Main tasks include:
・Architect, build, and operate scalable AWS cloud infrastructure across all products
・Lead technical projects, cross-functional alignment, and strategic architecture improvements
・Drive CI/CD pipeline automation, release management, and developer experience
・Implement robust observability, SLI/SLO tracking, and incident management standards
・Manage cloud cost optimization and ensure enterprise-level security compliance
・Mentor engineering team members and establish documentation best practices

こんな方を求めています

経験・スキル

[Minimum Requirements]
・5+ years of hands-on experience in cloud architecture, building, and operations using AWS
・Practical implementation experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform or AWS CDK)
・Strong background in designing and maintaining CI/CD and DevOps automation pipelines
・Business-level proficiency in English and conversational proficiency in Japanese (N3 or above)

[Preferred Qualifications]
・Experience defining and operating SLI/SLO, error budgets, and on-call rotations
・Hands-on expertise with observability tools such as NewRelic, Sentry, or CloudWatch
・Containerization experience using Docker and container orchestration platforms
・Demonstrated success in cloud cost optimization and security implementation
