■About the Company

■Role Overview
You will achieve sales and margin targets by driving material spec-ins at Japanese design centers for global OEMs. Execute strategic plans for assigned markets and provide timely support to customers.

■Main tasks include:
・Execute short, mid, and long-term sales strategies
・Achieve defined sales and margin targets
・Drive material spec-ins at design centers
・Support global OEM spec-in activities
・Conduct market research to identify growth
・Monitor actual vs planned PNS developments

■Travel requirements:
[domestic/international] [90% / 10%]

経験・スキル

■Must-haves:
・BA degree, preferably in Engineering
・Minimum 3-5 years of sales experience
・Business level English (writing and speaking)
・Strong negotiation and communication skills

■Nice-to-haves:
・Knowledge of technical sales
・Network in the relevant business field
