You will be a key technical contributor responsible for ensuring the quality of a critical incentive systems. Beyond executing tests, you will act as a “Quality Consultant” to the development team, proactively reviewing requirements to identify gaps, proposing improvements, and mentoring junior engineers. You will play a pivotal role in establishing our new Tokyo-based QA hub and driving AI-augmented testing strategy.

Key Responsibilities:
- Requirement Analysis & Quality Advocacy: Proactively review product requirements and specifications from a QA perspective. Identify potential design flaws, edge cases, and logic gaps early, providing actionable proposals to improve requirements before development begins.
- Test Strategy & Automation: Design and implement comprehensive test strategies (functional, performance, operational, and chaos engineering). Build and optimize automation frameworks to achieve high productivity.
- Technical Mentorship: Mentor junior QA engineers, providing technical guidance and helping them grow their skills in automation, test design, and platform domain knowledge.
- AI-Driven Productivity: Leverage AI tools to automate test case generation, result analysis, and reporting to maximize efficiency in a lean team structure.
- Quality Gatekeeper: Act as a technical authority for release quality, ensuring platform reliability across microservices and middleware.

経験・スキル

- QA Experience: 5–10 years of professional software testing experience.
- Analytical Depth: Proven ability to analyze complex requirements, challenge assumptions, and propose design improvements.
- Automation Expertise: 5+ years of experience in API, DB, and Batch automation. Proven track record in building and optimizing automation frameworks.
- Programming: Proficient in at least one major language (e.g., Python, Java, or Node.js).
- Database: Skilled in SQL and familiar with NoSQL databases (e.g., MySQL, Redis, Cassandra).
- Architecture: Familiarity with microservices architecture and middleware (e.g., Kafka, Spark).
- Mentorship: Experience in providing technical guidance and mentoring junior test engineers.
- Communication: Fluent in English (oral/written). Ability to clearly articulate technical issues and quality risks to developers and product managers.
- AI/Innovation: Ability to leverage AI tools to enhance daily workflows and drive productivity.
- Adaptability: Ability to rapidly onboard to new technologies.
