Role Overview:
As a Bilingual Omni IT Project Manager, you will play a crucial role in leading and coordinating multiple projects within the omni-channel space. Working closely with the IT team, digital team, brand business teams, and external vendors, you will oversee the execution of projects in parallel across various locations, including Japan, Greater China, Singapore, and the US. This role presents an exciting opportunity to drive the development and implementation of cutting-edge solutions that enhance their omni-channel capabilities and elevate the overall customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead project management efforts for multiple initiatives within the omni-channel domain, from inception to completion.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including IT, digital, business, and vendors, to define project requirements, timelines, and deliverables.
- Ensure seamless communication and alignment between teams located in different regions, fostering a culture of collaboration and teamwork.
- Manage project budgets, resources, and timelines effectively, identifying and mitigating risks to ensure successful project outcomes.
- Drive innovation and continuous improvement within the omni-channel landscape, staying abreast of industry trends and best practices.
- Act as a liaison between IT and business stakeholders, translating technical requirements into actionable plans and vice versa.

Type of Projects:
- Implementation of 3rd Party E-commerce inventory sharing with brand main sites.
- Rollout of new POS systems to enhance customer checkout experience.
- Development and execution of omni-channel initiatives to seamlessly integrate online and offline channels.

こんな方を求めています

経験・スキル

- 7+ years of experience leading business and technology projects in Retail, CRM, Ecommerce, Digital, Omnichannel, Customer Experience, or related business domains.
- Excellent communication skill in both English and Japanese.
- Proven track record of independently managing medium-to-large scale projects through the full project lifecycle, from business discovery and requirements gathering through deployment, stabilization, and business handoff.
- Demonstrated experience simultaneously managing multiple projects, workstreams, stakeholders, and competing priorities with minimal supervision.
- Strong project management fundamentals, including creation and maintenance of project plans, RAID logs (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies), status reports, steering committee materials, meeting minutes, action tracking, and executive communications.
- Ability to independently create clear and concise project updates for business and executive audiences, including project status, key accomplishments, risks, mitigation plans, and decision points.
- Strong business analysis capabilities, including workshop facilitation, requirements gathering, process mapping, gap analysis, business process redesign, and documentation of functional requirements.
