We are currently undergoing a major migration to a resilient, high-performance microservices architecture. As we transition our quality assurance functions from our China-based team to a new Tokyo-based hub, we are seeking a strategic leader to establish and scale a high-performance QA team that leverages AI-driven automation to maximize productivity.

【Position Outline/ 依頼概要】
We are looking for a Senior QA to work alongside the QA manager of our Tokyo-based QA team from the ground up. You will work as a Senior QA Engineer and master our platform architecture and automation standards. You will participate in support the manager in leading the transition of responsibilities from our overseas team, build a lean and highly productive core team in Tokyo (starting with 2–3 members), and expand the organization by establishing a new remote team to reach a total size of 10 members.

Team Establishment & Transition: Build the new Tokyo QA team from scratch and lead the seamless transfer of QA responsibilities from the existing China-based team.
AI-Driven Productivity: Leverage AI tools and advanced automation to achieve high-quality results with a lean team structure.
QA Strategy: Define and execute a comprehensive strategy covering functional, performance, and operational testing, as well as production monitoring.
Quality Gatekeeper: Act as the final authority for release quality, serving as the "gatekeeper" to ensure the platform meets the highest standards before reaching end-users.
Team Leadership: Supervise, mentor, and coach QA engineers. Scale the team from an initial core in Tokyo to a hybrid (Tokyo + Remote) team of 10 members.

必須スキル：
QA Experience: 5–10 years of professional software testing experience.
Test Design: Proficiency in full-lifecycle test management (strategy, planning, design, execution, reporting).
Automation Depth: 5+ years of experience in API, DB, and Batch automation. Proven track record in building and optimizing automation frameworks.
Programming: Proficient in at least one major language (e.g., Python, Java, or Node.js).
Database: Skilled in SQL and familiar with NoSQL databases (e.g., MySQL, Redis, Cassandra).
Architecture: Familiarity with microservices architecture and middleware (e.g., Kafka, Spark).
Management: 2+ years of experience managing teams (technical supervision, career development, task management).
AI/Innovation: Ability to leverage AI tools to enhance daily workflows and drive productivity improvements.
Adaptability: Ability to rapidly onboard to new technologies.
Communication: Fluent in English (oral/written). Strong negotiation and stakeholder alignment skills.
